Is this normal tail activity?

I have a 550E 3G V2 and it lifts fine and can hover with no problem, and just a hint of tail drift (nose right). I can live with that, but still annoying.

After a couple of minutes in a nice hover, the tail will wage sharply and randomly - at least randomly to me. Kind of like the tail torques quickly and then comes right back to its original position. The amplitude of shake is small - 3 or 4 inches, but it still bothers me.

Anyone else have this issue? If so, were you able to fix it?

check the dog bones on the tail make sure there is no loc tite hold the screw to the brass bushing this will cause a wag at times

When you land look close for a locked oneway and feel the bottom of the auto around where the main comes threw and see if it's warm.

I think I fixed this with 10% more headspeed. I went from approx 1900 to 2100rpm and it hasn't happened since.

Wow that's still low. The 550 doesn't come to life till 2400 and didn't they drop the tail ratio on the V2?
