Ummm OK I have NO idea what DAP is but you really need MAINSTREAM capabilties to download vids and this would be true from here or any other board like RR since the vid are in WINDOWS MEDIA FORMAT.

Sorry......

If you're using WIN XP, you can set the default to download in WMF format and play it in Media player.

Hi gang! And thanks 2 Bob for such a helpful videos!!!!
I'm newbee here and at rc/helis at all!
Guys I have some problem with CCPM setup with Airtronics RD8000! When i move my throtle stick up my swash goes down, I know from Bob's setup video that I need to change some swashplate mix settings in my TX but i can't find it on my menu I have found only swashplate type and set it on cp3b but tere are no any additional setings like swh mix or so.
So guys maybe somebody who knows Airtronics TX could help??????????

Piranha, it would be better if you posted this inthe Trex Forum as many more there will know the answer and they may not see your question here.

Ok Bob, thanks a lot for your brilliant video stuff,
And I think that I've found the answer to my question already. In fact unfortunately RD8000 have no swash mix percentage adjustments so I just need to switch left and right servo in me RX
but anyway THNX A LOT

Default Gyro Setup

Bob - Great Videos!! I just completed the first flight of the TREX 450X with your setups and I only needed a small adjustment to correct a right roll and reverse the gyro sensing (E-Ticket ride on the first run up). This is the first heli I have built and the 2nd heli flown. I started on the Blade CP.

Open Question - On the GY401 in the AVCS mode, the heli flys great. However in the standard mode the tail is almost not flyable. Gyro setup on the radio is +60% AVCS and -60% std. mode. Any input/ideas?

Radio: Futaba T6EXHP
Servos: Futaba S3107 (Including tail rotor)
Gyro: GY410

crqpilot, I wish I could answer but I never use std mode. However I do know to use standard mode you cant set up like my video e.g. pitch slider in the middle at center rudder stick..... You have to set up for rudder stick center, servo arm 90 and pitch slider offset to the hover position to use std mode.

Ok I just solve my CCPM swashplate problem on XL CDE and Airtronics RD8000, may be it would be helpful for some one! So if you have some mess with servo travel in my case when throtle stick moves up my all 3 servos goes down, or after some chanel reversing the swash plate begin to move up and down in the right way but left movemebt were switched- unfortunately Airtronics radio have no swash mixing percentage adjustments and the only thing to deal with is just to switch left and right servo wires directly in your RX(chanel 2 and chanel 6) and then play with chanel reversing! (sorry for my poor english)

And Bob, I have one more question-In your video you show CCPM setup for T-rex SE, do you use exatly the same way os setup fo standard CDE with plastic head? I mean the last steps when you use airbuble for CCPM Interaction??? I'm asking because when was trying to make this step it gives me nothing due to the large loose(or backlash) in my long plastic connection chain between elevator serwo arm and swash plate
Again sorry for my English

No you can skip it as too much slop in the CDE system to make it worth while.

Much love Bob , My new Trex is my 1st ccpm (and first electric) and I was a bit worried after opening the instructions After a few pages I was doing this and fearing that the little rex would into the trash due to my bad

However - afer strugling and finding your vids , then downloading your vids (every one of them) and skimming through them I am an I feel I owe you a great big

Now its off to dream of little trex's doing loops and rolls so i can get it finished up tommarrow and fly it like the  himself!

Cheers and thanks again.
PS - I think Align should be paying you - honestly!

(Yes Im tired or I wouldn't have played with all the emmots but ehh - anyway).
