Default Bk 7002 twitching

So lately I've been having really bad luck with bk servos. A while ago one of my old 7001's quit on me after many flights, bk sent me replacement, and since then I had issues with the bk's on my ikon. I also recently bought a brand new set of 7002's. After having issues with the other 7001's and hearing about issues with the 7002's and ikon, I decided to just get a spartan so I wouldn't have issues with the servos. Well tonight I put the spartan on the 7hv with the brand new 7002's, got through most of the setup and noticed that while giving collective input, I get an occasional twitch now and then from all servos, but one servo at a time. This bk servo problem is really killing me. The whole reason I bought the spartan in the first place was because I didn't want to have issues on the ikon after already hearing about the problems. Has anyone noticed odd twitches either in flight or on the bench with bk 7002's?

Are you running the latest (v4) firmware on your Vortex?

My technician has a heli with Vortex + BK 7002. He has no noticed any problems but he will check more thoroughly when he gets back home.

The majority of the problems I've heard of with BK servos are when the BEC doesn't quite have enough power for them to initialize correctly.

How are you powering this heli? If its a BEC, do you have a battery you could use to power it for bench testing to see if that's the issue?
