It is hard to argue with the popularity of the Raw 700. You cannot go wrong with it. The Tron 7.0 is my overall favorite 700 size helicopter to date. Now that HeliDirect along with Amain carries Tron, parts should not be an issue moving forward. Don't forget the XL Power Specter 700 NME; It is not the easiest build, but it does fly very smoothly. I don't own a Soxos 7.1, but I've seen it in person. Lots of folks love it, so nothing inherently wrong with it. I just cannot get past the boom support rods look.

Don't forget about the atrocious canopy mounting on the Soxos

The 7.1 canopy mounting was re-engineered and works fine.

My 7.1 went together with zero issues, no slop in the head and tail mechanics plus easy tail setup. Have the yellow version that’s great for visibility even on cloudy days
