Hi Dave,
I double checked on this for you, as you usually hear back from them within 24 hours.

They sent you a reply yesterday at 3:46PM Central time. If you have SPAM filters on, you may want to check your Junk mail inbox to see if it's there. If not, try resetting your SPAM filter and resend your request.
