Default t-rex 800 dfc electronics placement ?

This is my first 800 size heli, upon some research i find that some people prefer to put the esc on the tail where the gyro usually goes, for me placing electronics is a hard choice, can anyone tell me how they place their electronics on the t-rex and why they think it's the best way ?

Currently the heli has the fbl unit + esc upfront, everything fits neatly opposite each other(i bought the heli like this) but that is what concerns me, the esc is practically right opposite the main fbl controller, then i have to install the gryphon and it's switch, but where ? Please can anyone describe or perhaps have a picture to show i really want to get this heli flying !

I know the electrical tape to hold wiring is not esthetic. I do it like this to test the heli before shorten esc wire

Thank you for sharing the pictures, wow looks very clean, that square box your fbl, where is the main unit , it looks so super clean ? does it matter if i place my sensor and control unit like this:

its just a mock but want to install it like that so it's all far from the esc, and regulator at front.

how many mah is your main flight batteries ?

The small box is the gyro sensor. This is one of the kbar copies of Vbar.
What really matters is that you place the sensor perfectly flat and squared to the main axis of your helicopter. This sensor is what drives... Well flies the helicopter. The placement of the bigger box does not matter that much and the only important thing is to connect the servos without the wire bundle...

I have a Trex700 stretched to 800 size and I placed the ESC on the rear mounting space. Supposedly the blades provide a steady airflow to the ESC and help keep it cooler....

It does not matter. Google pictures of Trex800 electronics and you can see both.
Can't see what ESC you're using but I'm assuming that it is stock Castle Creations ESC. Note the two capacitors (black round tube shaped thingies sticking out on one end) make sure that they are not touching the frame as I've seen a theead where they came off from rubbing and the whole helicopter crashed due to that...
But the placement itself really does not matter.
