A "BIG" Jax blow out, Hodges Fly in and then Mulberry to end the traveling season

It will be good to see everyone again, especially the ones that couldn't make IRCHA.

The club kitchen is planning on being open on Sat -13 only, plus it doesnt really matter, cook all the wings you want. Theres just enough meat on those wings to piss you off and make you hungry anyway!
We plan on night flying as long as the eguipment lasts, probably Fri and Sat,maybe Sun night.

Bert told me he would be passing his night rig around for anyone wanting to try night flying for the first time.

If Rodney is making his wings just make sure there is extra, extra double-ply toilet paper stacked high.

This event looks like it's going to be the Mack Daddy...looks like JAX is the new IRCHA SE!

Robert, you might want to post a map to the field, out of towners are going to want to know how to get there.

Yes please. I know how to get to the Lannie Rd. field since I was there for the event earlier this year but not the "other" field this event is being held at.

Its official Oct 12-14. Club kitchen will only be open on Sat 13th. We should have a good turn out and lots of fun. Anyone needing info feel free to pm. For lodging theres a Holiday Inn Express on Hecksher and New Berlin about 3 or 4 miles away.

I'm considering having some t-shirts made, if your interested let me know your size and how many ASAP, so I can place the order, it's not all about making a profit, I will donate 20% , 10% to the club for allowing us to invade there field, and 10% to Helifreak for there favorite charity, which, if I'm correct is the american cancer socity.
