Parts for Airstar
Hello ...
I purchased a Jetcopter SX (used) made by airstar, I am in the process of going though it and enuring all the mechanics are in order. It is an older FB model which is fine, but I may want to convert to FBL. Does anyone know if Airstar is still around as sells parts? I have seen their website and they claim to have a Moorpark, CA location. However, they don't answer e-mails and the phone number is no longer valid. Any ideas? On a related note I have a Vario Benzin Trainer, which has a 2 stroke gas engine, I was thinking of taking the Jetcat turbine out of my Jetcopter and putting it in the Vario. I assume I will need a Vario mechanics set-up to connect the turbine, unless... maybe they are compatible? Anyone with knowledge or experience in this area I would greatly appreciate your feedback (or even if you don't have knowledge, but just want to add their 2 cents. Thanks in Advance! |

This task is not too difficult. Align system will be fine for your need. You need to cut the main shaft shorter and drill new holes for rotor head center hub. ****** Location is correct. You need to call the owner's cell #. ****** ****** Why do you want to do this?! Install the Jetcat on the Vario?! |
