The Huntsville Heli Flyers will be hosting our annual event April 17th through the 19th, 2015. Come out and enjoy a weekend of great flying, socializing, raffle, and pilot's prizes.

Just a word of caution. With all the rain the past few days, our field is a bit soggy. Troy got stuck in a 4x4 Dually pulling in his camper. If you have a camper bigger that 25ft we ask that you park at the Agribition Center. If it is smaller that 25ft we ask you pull into the gravel parking lot and access the field. Troy has contacted A&M and we can park free of charge on the south side of the building. It is about 1.5 miles from the field. They do have power available, but there is a Dog show this weekend and those folks have priority.

HHF Event Update

This is Tommy and one of the sites that I use for weather is the aviation site USAIRNET. I have included a link and the site has a 3-day rolling outlook. At this point we can only see thru Friday, but the chance of rain is very low on Friday. Temp is great and wind speed is low

We already have campers at the field and at the A&M AG Center. If you have a small camper you might me able to park at the field. If you have a large camper/truck then I would recommend camping at the A&M AG Center.

I know there are a number of people planning to attend and as always we will have a great time regardless of the weather. Time for some flying, grilling, eating and socializing!
