Default Multi-Heli Case

Well, I recently just dove into the hobby kind of hard (harder than I should) and bought a blade nano, mcpx, and msr. Im in need of a case, any suggestions on a case that could fit all three and maybe a dx6? I appreciate any ideas!

Harbor Freight makes a few different cases that are very popular. They are cheap too... but you'll have to be a little creative inside them.

Here's what I use. I had a spare case lying around, so grabbed some scrap foam from work and cut it to size. None of the foam is glued in place, it's just pushed in, and the bottom is two layers of foam held together with toothpicks.

I've got a transmitter, charger, two heli's, batteries, toolkit, spare parts, and a whole bunch of other stuff in there. If you look closely you'll see the charger is powered on in this picture parallel charging 6 packs (there's a NiMh pack underneath it which I can use for charging on the go).

For small heli's a little case like this is great, makes it really easy to just grab it and fly anytime

That is quite possibly one of the best case layouts I've seen so far.

Well done, sir... well done.

It is mighty pimp, indeed.

Sent from an undisclosed location in the future.

Thanks guys, its evolved quite nicely in the end. The only thing I haven't yet made is a better charger for those button cell LiPos. That'll be a project for the winter when the night fly mCPX comes out again :-)
