Default Potentiometer ring under big gear?

I assume that's what it is? I have the 9650's and I had one that was over shooting with very little input. Turns out the small plastic ring that sits under the large spline gear was broken. It doesnt come with the gear set (I have two spare sets) and I can't find it anywhere. I stole one out of a Align ds520 and luckily it was an exact match other than color. Does anyone know where to get this piece? Here's a pic of the Align peice installes in the Futaba gear.

Problem solved. The 9650 gear set doesn't come with one, but I bought a set for another Futaba that did. Why those don't have them included is retarded.

That thing is the Futaba isopot cam - it isolates the pot from vibration. Invented in 1982. Made the famous Giezendanner pot wiper obsolete. Some gear sets come with it.
