Default Clutch Liner

Any suggestions as to what to get for my R90SE?

GrandRC has this: http://www.grandrc.com/inc/sdetail/57636

Does the liner come with instructions?

I use the PV0324 Heavy duty clutch liner on my 90 SE. There is no instructions but you just clean of the old one with a knife or sand paper and glue the new on in with epoxy the wrap some electrical tape around the clutch ( 2-3 rounds) and place it in the bell then let the epoxy set. Remove the tape and you are good to go.

I installed the stock R90SE liner with expoxy and it functions flawlessly. I used an exacto and it came off fairly easily. Tirmmed the liner to fit perfect and mixed up some loctite epoxy. The epoxy sets in one hour, cures in 24. Wrapped my clutch with elect tape as suggested and let it set. There was one spot near the seam that wasnt tight against the bell so i used a toothpick as a wedge and gently wedged it down. The clutch is perfect and rotor head starts to move at about 1/4 throttle.

Glad you got it worked out! I personally hate replacing that clutch liner. Did you have the bell out of the heli, or still installed? The last time I did it, i left the whole assembly in the heli, as I couldn't figure out a good way to get it out without separating the frames.

Removed engine, removed main gears, removed starter coupling(hex drive), slid out rotor assy with main shaft, and the idler gear/bell assy came out no problem. The liner install was easy after that. Also was able to inspect and look a few things over.
