360 / ikon / tail help

Hey there freaks just got my Warp about a week ago and can't seem to get my tail worth a f++k...12.5 collective 9.5 cyclic
Ikon..1350mah 35c..dx8..
Have pre comp checked...
Its either a violent wag or kicks in hard collective inputs or wags in high speed maneuvers... drop gain to remove wag and it kicks ( to right ) torque side. .doesnt feel locked in...
I just ordered the 19 tooth tail drive gear and also going to install a mini tail servo instead of the micro ( align ) that's in the now.. hoping something is gonna get it solid. I have ikon's on all 4 of my other birds without issues..
The tail is as mechanically smooth as I can possibly make it..
The tail kick is present no matter what gain setting I try. The violent wag and fff wag go away with low gsin settings like 30% or lower in my dx8 which equates to about 22% in ikon.
Running ice 50 governed at 3150 idle up2
Govenor gain down to 9...

There's a lot of things to check if you look through the posts here you'll see all of them.

What position is the tail servo ball link ? 12mm mark ? You should consider 8mm for better resolution. The warp has very high mechanical gain.
