Default AHF Aeolus should have a page on this forum!!!

I love this forum. The cleanliness of it's layout, the members and it's available information. But it's missing an AHF or Aelous page!

The 50 CF and GF are readily available in the us and I know many people including myself that own and love them. I personally believe that AHF as a company is going to continue to grow and offer us more helicopters in varying styles and arrangements that fly as good or better than competition brands for way less cost. Will someone start a page so us Aeolus brethren can communicate and share more effectively? I hope this message works.

Rick

FINALLY! Someone spoke up. I've contemplated it for ages, but have not seen many Aeolus guys here as I have on RR and other forums.

Let's do it up!

Heck, I already have the airframe done, what a fantastic heli design. I can't believe all helis aren't designed with modular sections. Super narrow frame and profile like the Gaui, this thing is going to be fast Just waiting on the ridiculously delayed tax returns to outfit this bird.

Agreed. I got fed up with my electrics, crashing from doing 3D and having to do total rebuilds over two frame sides since everything is spread-through-out the frame. Beauty of this bird is, no wiring, or massive rebuild over frame sides, she all just pops out.

+1 They are delayed here in Canada as well. Sigh.

Do post pictures! We need to populate the AHF forum when we get one..

Edit: I shot Will a PM with a request if he could add the category. Fingers crossed.

Awesome!!

I didn't think my original post was actually going to work!
I love this helicopter. I built 3 last week. First two were for my local hobby shop, nationaly hobby warehouse(or new england heli). Ended up getting one of my own. My two heli buddy's here in Manchester NH each have one. They both fly very well, are easy and cheap to maintain and are incredibly strong.

Hope this thread continues and we have much feedback as this is a phenominal helicopter on my favorite support site!

Tehe.

So you are the guy behind New England Heli, it's one of the top AHF distributors aside from RRE/AHF US around here and across the pond.!

I'll post my build thread shortly, I'm currently building my second.

Agreed, no one has ever said a negative point about these birds flight characteristics or build quality. Haven't crashed, nor do I want to crash mine yet, so can't common on strength but given it's wicked design it'll be light-years easier and quicker to repair than any of my electrics ever were (she's a frame sides job everytime).

We'll have to spread the word and start contributing.
