Default engine inspection YS 60SR

I got 17 gallons of fuel on this engine and my oneway bearing in the clutch locked up. so I pulled the engine apart when it was out of my titan X50. I have been putting a OS 8 plug in it every 4 gallons even when it was new. can you guy take a look at these pictures and tell me what I should replace and if it looks like the engine was running lean.

the rear bearing as some rust on it but is very smooth.

there seems to be some where on the piston by the exhaust port just below the ring

Things look normal to me, not running too lean. The shiny area on the side of the piston is normal since it rocks a little in its travel and will touch the sleeve a bit. Since you have it that far apart I would certainly change the rear bearing, silly to put it back together without changing it. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing.

The ring looks awesome, I wouldn't change it.

I put a light crosshatch in the cylinder. if I put the old ring back in would I have to brake the engine in?

If you put new ring in yes you would have to break it in again but I would imagine you got another season on that ring easy

After working on the sleeve, yes, you would have to break it in again. Anything affecting how the ring and sleeve mate with each other requires a break in.
