Default i think i have some screws loose

I have just bought a 14MZ second hand and i am trying to adjust the tension on the joysticks , the throttle on the left i think mode 2 and when i uncover the wholes on the back i see 2 screws on the throttle and i can engage the ratchet and adjust the tension. on the other side the whole is deeper and i cannot see the 2 screws and the stick is very soft , far to soft for me, am i right to assume the screws have fallen out and if so how difficult would it be to replace them ,,thanks

You have to take off the little rubber mouldings that are on the back of the Tx (20mm wide 120mm long), this gives access to the adjustment screws.

Page 17 of the manual!!

THere are a total of 4 rubber bits that have to get taken out for the adjustments. The big long ones should have the screws for adjusting the gimble stiffness. The little ones about 5mm square are for the throttle stick adjustments.

IF you are only taking out the little rubber thingies then you may only see screws on the throttle side....????? I must admit to not having looked in the non throttle side, of the little rubber bits.

It stumped me for a while too when my 14MZ turned up.

Go out and and enjoy your new Tx.
