Default Redline Pipe screws??

Guys,

Building a new X50F nitro and am a little confused? I purchased kit with TT53 and Redline Hi-Flow 3D pipe. However as you can see in the pic, what's with these long screws and how about the carb horn getting so close AND they included two self locking nuts? Any help would be great!

I had to cut down one side of the arm so it wouldn't rub the lock nut. I guess if you really want a pull pull and needed to use that last hole you could file down that side of the muffler and cut the bolt down.

Thunder Tiger know that eventually the threads in the pipe will strip and that is why they include the longer bolts and nuts!
First tip I'll give you is do NOT use the gasket that came with the pipe! The gasket will compress and the pipe will keep coming loose. Eventually the gasket will blow out, but by this time the mating faces will be damaged and the bolt holes will be stripped out!

I do the same as Brianapp and just cut down the horn to clear the bolt!
