Dave Dahl flys his Logo500 at a HS of 1800 and get very long flight time (9 min) and says that Kyle can do everything 3d that he can do with his L600. Granted the moves arent going to be as fast and collective managment needs to practiced but it would be fine. With 6s and a 910kv motor you'll need a 15t or 16t mod.7 to get you in the ball park. Are you going with the 600mm or 550mm blade length?

I got 553 main blades and ordered a 17t pinion. Should be able to get up to 2100 or 2200 HS.

Can't be sure as I don't have one in front of me at the moment, but it's either 3 or 3.5.

Cool, it's most likely 3mm. I now have a full set of mip hex drivers. From .9 to 3mm (2 of 1.5mm and 2 of 3mm for spindle shafts). I really like these mip drivers.

What do you guys transport your logo 500's in? Is there a nice carrying case for that size heli? Or am I limited to a bag?

THESE are really nice. Also works well for carrying the parts home on those unfortunate days.

+1.

I bought two of these during ReadyHeli's Black Friday sale. It's a soft case of course, but it's padded and keeps the heli from getting dinged around in the back of my SUV. You obviously wouldn't want to use this if you're going to check the heli onto a plane. I'm just sayin'... That seems obvious, but I've seen people check their golf bags in a soft case (which I'd never do).

Unfortunately, as BennyTRD said... I've also used one to transport parts home after one of those "unfortunate days" (rekit).

Same here. It could be a glitch on the web site and it hasn't updated but not likely. Could be Monday/Tuesday now.

Those servo arms are really nice.. I had a set on my logo right now too. Too bad the tail servo arm will not line up 90 and there's no subtrim for the tail servo in v-bar so I had to use a 4 star (2nd to last hole) or a 6 star (last hole) wheel to get 90.
