And the old website is back and working great!

In the interest of being helpful, HD should be aware that with the new site, my wish list did not transfer, my past tickets did not transfer, and external links to HD from a post or google search (like for a part) showed an error message.

How could this have gone so wrong?

Also, a suggestion....the blue background when looking at a part was VERY annoying to me.

Yes, I just placed and order and noticed they had taken it back to the old website. I assume its temporary while they work a few things out.

What I did find odd was that three parts that I just tried to order from them for my Goblin showed out of stock two days ago and now show in stock when they went back to the old website? I had to order them from A Main instead.

I guess they could have possibly re-stocked those two days, but I found it very odd that so many things were showing as out of stock with the new website, and HD is not typically like that. I have never in my life wanted three items and they didn't have any of them. I wonder if those were incorrect out of stock messages that were being given on the other site version?

There are all sorts of crazy things going on.. my first ever order with HD was on 4/13, I guess I used the new website but I've not seen the order yet.. apparently a lot of stuff broke, finally got on the phone with someone who got it all sorted out.

I hope the ownership gets some sort of refund from whoever created this mess.
