Has bothered to wait when there will be a normal upgrade on Fusion has decided all to make, now it is possible to put blades of 660 mm without fear that the basic gear wheel will not sustain OWG, or. A frame new, it is made Fusuno, carbon 2 mm, the basic gear wheels from Aurora 90, OWG from the Aurora 90, TT gear wheels steel from ballistik FSO.: Thumbup:

For the further work the lathe and the good master is necessary.
It is necessary to increase apertures under bearings in a forward and back case, steel gear wheels differently will not be located. And also it is necessary to make some details, they are necessary for the coordination steel a gear wheel and shaft. Apertures in steel gear wheels have diameter of 6.5 mm, shaft have diameter of 5 mm.
Bearings it is pasted on green lock, the bronze sleeve it is pasted to a gear wheel on red lock
For installation of the necessary backlashes between gear wheels it is necessary to use thin washers
For manufacturing of a TT of a shaft we use an arrow, it it is necessary to cut off of 693-695 mm on length, and to drill apertures in diameter of 2 mm on distance of 10 mm from edge. The arrow perfectly approaches, very strong and easy, such arrow is used by Kasama. I to drill exact apertures the conductor has made of a steel tube, now I insert an arrow and through an aperture in the conductor easily and precisely I drill apertures in an arrow.
After the tail shaft will be collected, it is necessary to reduce diameter of a gear wheel, differently it will not be located.Это it is possible to make having clamped a shaft in a cartridge of a drill and to bring to a rotating abrasive stone, it will occupy 1-2 minutes.
I used an abrasive disk from diamond.
It is necessary to receive diameter no more than 14.5 mm.На it all nuances a tail case are finished, I will describe further a front case.

Very reasonable design, is pleasant to me more and more. That flies very well, very sympathetic tail. Probably awake to order one more frame and to collect already the third Fusion, the design very is pleasant, I consider its as one of best of modern helicopters.

Ha, Ha - helicopters live eternally... In Russia, at due service.
That actually it would be necessary to us from model-that it it is convenient in operation and it is inexpensive in service, to these criteria of Fusion responds to the full, I think still many will regret having refused this design, Fusion for ever!!
