Are you using a parallel board or a balance adapter? I've had pins go bad on both.
The error code means it's not seeing the right number of cells (voltage from pins) for the total pack voltage. As a safety measure, it won't let you charge that way.

I just measured the balance plugs on the MPA board & all
measured fine. Looks like the problem is within the charger. Thks |

When charger is powered up & using a DVM to measure the balance plugs
on the MPA balance board, should there be any readings on the pins ? I see a reading of 0.13 volts Thanks |

What parallel board are you using? What firmware version and wiring mode are you running?

I would plug a pack into the board, but do not connect to the charger. Use DVM to check voltages at the main leads that would go into the charger. Then do a pin by pin check of the balance cable that goes into the charger. Start at pins 1 and 2. That will be cell #1. Then move to pins 1 and 3. That's cell 1 and 2. Keep going until you've checked all cells.
If a main fuse is blown or pins on one of the contacts need cleaning, it can be hard to spot visually.

You can perform a factory restore using the CCS. Save your presets first. The factory restore is on the firmware tab.
As I recall Revolectrix has a new office and warehouse in Batam. Though they may still be doing repairs in Singapore. Might be worth contacting them to see if you can swing by and drop off the charger for service. http://www.revolectrix.com/contact.htm
