Fly mentor rudder servo jittering. need help

all wirings done . swash level at mid stick and reacting opposite to angle of tilt(manually).
I'm using a portable program device.
issues;
I. rudder servo jittering and wouldn't move when left stick is push to the right
ii. green light kept flashing rapidly after I load the parameters and disconnect program card.

btw, blue, green and camera wire unhook during this setup.
and on the table.
no flight test.

why am I missing?
I'll re'read the setup sticky again.

I know it doesn't help your current issue but I never did get the rudder gyro to work very well and am running a separate gyro on mine. everything else works great, its nice to be able to concentrate just on moving the heli where I want it and letting the flymentor keep everything stable.
