Way too good to be true. What is interesting is that it is called rctoyFishingreels. This is too close to rctoyPhishing. I checked to domain and it has only been around since March 3rd 2012. In this hobby, prices that cheap online for 2 months... it would be all over this thread.

Anyone tempted to do it with a throw away prepaid card?
Worst case doesn't work, charge back, etc. Not sure of compromised info though.

We could get lucky with someone who has no idea what prices they are sort of how sears market place has folks selling 450s for more than 1 grand lol.

Im not computer savvy enough to dare link to the site you posted. But its a scam, someone at my local field was/has bought one of these scams. It supposedly came witha castle esc like the align kit. I tried explaining that castle isnt made in china so china cant be selling helis for the price of the esc. It was over his head and I havent seen him show up with that bird nor have I asked about it.
