Default Would you trust a notched blade holder?

Had a devastating crash that destroyed the frame (looks like a twin brother of this one: https://www.helifreak.com/showpost.p...42&postcount=7) and bent the tail, but, surprisingly, left the mast and swashplate area intact. With the exception of one of blade holders, which looks dinged, dented, or notched (pick your word for it), the picture is below.

My better judgement cringes upon the thought of leaving the holder on (the failure would be catastrophic), but the lazy bum inside of me tries to justify it by saying there doesn't seem to be *structural* damage to the holder.

Did anyone here reuse a blade holder damaged like this *and* get away with it?

Yeah I did fly with blade grips with dings like that, maybe a bit smaller, can't really remember for sure (and don't have my spare parts with me atm).

And, having tried to destroy a blade grip to get bearings out, I can say for sure they are VERY solid.
I would fly this.
Make sure the blade grip arm isn't damaged though. I once had terrible vibes I couldn't find the source, and found the small arm that holds the long ball was damaged and flexing alot.

As mentioned above as long as the arm isn't cracked ,and all you have is a little knotch in the blades grips I would fly that all day long.

I would fly it in a heartbeat. In addition to making sure the arm isn't cracked, I suggest also making sure the arm isnt twisted. I've had that happen a few times. Just make sure your blade is still at zero pitch with the swash level at your middle stick position. If it isn't and it used to be, the arm could be twisted. It's happened to me a few times, but not very often

Yep, I'd fly it without a second thought.
