Best Budget Flybarless System?
So my dilemma is that I came across a great deal on a 300CFX, less the AR7200. I am searching around for a replacement alternative, and a beastx is just not in my budget.
There are so many different ones that my head is starting to spin. I know that we are not allowed to mention certain ones on here (something _ bar) but I really don't know where to lean on this subject. the Turnigy one is supposedly close to a 7200 from what I have read. Then there is a Robird, then Tarot. Just when I have it figured out, I see something else. Thanks guys for letting me ramble.

The Robird seems to be the choice for a low cost fbl unit.

The Robird is an excellent choice for a budget FBL with gov and vib analysis. I have no complaints except that the gov does not work with castle escs. Pretty much any other esc is fine though.

I've read good things about the TGZ380 (a BeastX v3 clone) that you can get on Ebay for a little over $30.

My personal recommendation also goes to the Robird. Not only is it an original unit (not a clone), but also it has features the original BeastX couldn't even dream of: easy PC programming, dual satellite support, governor, vibration logs.

I got my first Robird about a year ago and liked it so much that I started flying for Robird U.S.A.!
Easy to set up, very forgiving from a vibration standpoint, great "feel" to it in flight! I have five flying at the moment: Thunder Tiger Mini-Titan, Compass 6HV-U, Thunder Tiger Raptor 50, Compass Stretched Atom, and Compass Warp 360. Some leisurely nurgling around with the Robird equipped Atom 5.5: [ame]http://youtu.be/26VT7jlkL3E[/ame]

Where can you find this for "a little over" 30 USD? The cheapest I found was 49 USD...........

What do you guys think about the HB800 from hobbymate. I've got one on the way to use on a 500.

That's not my video. But, I believe it's the #16 keychain camera, the predecessor to the much beloved 1080P Mobius that's a very popular RC camera these days. Do a search on sgbfly's videos and read the comments. I think he says what the camera is in one of them.
