I see the 19 and 20 T upgrade set is now coming with another gear shaft, I bought this upgrade when they came out and it was without the gear shaft.
Why are they now supply this in the set, is it needed and is it a different size to the one in the kit?

Hello,

I think this gearshaft is made to run the tail higher. With the stock configuration, I sometime hear the tail in its limit... I'm considering of longer tail blades (I'm running radix 72mm) or this gear shaft.
But with the 19 or 20 T upgrade, I think that the tail has to run faster !

The replacement tail gear set actually reduces the tail RPM when you use the 19 or 20T pinion gears and 2900-3000 HS.

Stock one is 14t, to lower tail rpm, use the 15T.

Stock 14T - 313044
Optional 15T - 313087
