Default Tail brace?

Probably a stupid question. but here it is: Logo 10 (deluxe 06), I ordered the tail boom brace and it really doesn't make sense with the rudder control rod in the way! Is there a trick? For now I added a couple of spacers and used both lower boom clamps...

Don't know about the deluxe kit, but the 3d kit has two boom braces. One off each screw of the horizontal stabilizer to the lower screw of the frame. That way it gives you a little sideways support too.

Is that a possibility?

That was for the older original L10 kits, on the newer ones you should use the two as mentioned by Ace, order the ones for the L103D, or leave it the way you got it for now.

Hello,

The 06 Deluxe kit still comes with the single boom support. I am not sure how it is supposed to be, but it looks like you have found a neat way to do it

I ordered the dual supports for mine, they are about $15 and has part # 721.

It only comes with the one end link you have to buy the brace extra. Not sure what they were thinking on that one! How does the 3d brace hook to the frame?

The 3d braces hook to the frame with ball links on the lowest 2 frame screws. Simply use a little longer screw and put a ball between the screw head and the frame. I think there may be a washer or spacer in between the frame and ball too but you get the idea.

WOW, it looks like I need to find a cool avitar. You guys sure have some nice ones.
