Anybody know how to rewind a HP08 for more power?

Just bought HP08 13,700 from Miracle Mart, HP08 16,500 sold out. Wondering if anyone can rewind the 13,700 for a small fee?? What kv rating would it approx have if it were rewound?

I wind four turns of three strands of 32AWG Delta which gives 17,721Kv measured. It is pretty powerful and efficient. See here if you want to do it yourself:
