V1 main board finaly

Hello
I have now finaly found me an used v1 board. I just bought me a almoust completed bird.
But there is one problem. The tail mosfet is burned, so the tail just spins all the time..
What should i do?
Ho can fix this?
What price?

If you're going brushless on it, just do the mod to use the main's double mosfets. The brushless setup don't need the mosfets so you can use them for the tail instead. I'm guessing that you're planning on brushless, since you are in the brushless section.

If your not doing brushless mine did the same thing on me last week too because the tail wires shorted out. you can get the mosfets on ebay for like 2.50 each, all is left is to solder it if your confident on something that small.

after much searching i did not able to find my old v1 board, maybe my girlfriend put it in the garbage.

so then today i bought me a new board

I have a v1 and v2 hpo5 mcpx and the v2 flies way better. The v1 has a tail drift and just not as smoothe as my v2. Both are setup the same. Its weird

Thats wierd. I have tried everything with my v2 and it sucks..

Another weird thing is the v2 has more power the only difference is the v1 is aeo converter and the v2 is the steve. But the v2 has alot more headspeed

Noise isn't necessarily an accurate indication of head speed. A Spin 16300 seems no louder than my C05 did. If you have a Smart Phone, you can try a head speed app. Also, these motors are so tiny that aren't made exactly the same every time.

Make sure you post the results. Use the same battery though and make sure it is fully charged for both tests for consistency.

V1 says 3080
V2 says 3560 the numbers sound low to me for the hpo5 but the app only goes to 4000
