Default Nano Spins after Main Motor Replacement

I recently replaced the main motor. The heli had lost power and would barely hover on full throttle with any battery. After replacing the motor, I have lost tail authority. The tail motor spins some, but will only push the heli clockwise. Tail was working fine before the main motor replacement.

Any ideas? I tried reseating the tail plug. I'm not sure where to look....

Is the tail propeller bent?

Could be the tail motor is failing too. This robs power from the system (symptoms are like having a bad motor). Tail motors tend to last longer than mains. Generally you have a crash or two that takes out the tail and you replace the tail and the motor as a unit (so most tails tend to retire before being worn out).

Clockwise as seen from above or below?

Did you double check polarity of the main motor? I suppose if you insert the connector the wrong way the main rotor will rotate the wrong way and the heli will rotate as a result.

Default Tail issue

Mine is doing exactly the same thing, I have replaced the tail propeller but still it does the same thing, I think next I will replace the entire tail and see how that goes.

Did you unplug the tail motor, if you did make sure that it's inserted with the green marking facing you,

Did you check if tail motor and main motor run in the correct direction ?! Maybe you only have to inverse the cable plug-in.
Also check if rotor blades are mounted correctly. If you have mounted them inverse, then your heli only circles wild around.
