Default tail wont hold

Hello I have a trex 500 with the 720blk and I recently put a larger pinion on it
to get more head speed and I can notice the tail dosent hold like it used too?
I turned the tail gain up many times to the point where the tail would whip back and
forth so I turned it back down to 60. I notice at the end of my flight when I am trying
to land the heli will just spin. Its ok at the beginning of flight mostly at the end is where
I lose tail control. Maybe a tail servo going bad or is there another adjustment in the
software that I should be using to adjust for the increased head speed. Thanks

How well is the head speed holding? I know head speed variations can lead to tail issues.

How is your tail not holding? Is it wagging? Is it hunting? Is it drifting?

Default tail

tail seems ok in forward flight easy flying after I turned the gain back down.
when I do pitch pumps the tail wont hold no matter how high the gain is set.
then when I go to land just hovering the tail wont hold. It seems like the gyro
gets confused at the end.

I have flown my 4 SK720s multiple times and have never had any of them confused by the end of the flight.
I can't assume anything but it's possibly the tail servo.
Georgi will ask you to post up a screen shot of your tail settings so you might as well do that before he asks.

Get slightly longer tail blades, i had that issue got longr blades with a sk540 issue solved, u r gettin higher headspeed by torque u need to compensate mechanically. My 2 cents.
