Default 450 pro DFC and vbar help

Just put a mini vbar on my pro DFC and I need a bit of help taming the settings down a bit,

What I want,

Stable but not dull, at the moment it feels a little edgy and nervous,
Tail to be sharp and good piro rate, at the moment I have tx gain at 20% is this correct if I go up I get wag,

I know this has prob been asked before but I am very new to the vbar and been spout by the choice of beginner or sport etc in my brain and beastx gyros,

Also what is the banks fo in the vbar,

Your stable you need to adjust the main rotor gain and agility setting.

The tail gain set as high as posible and adjust piro rate with the Jaw rate slider.

There is a lot to Vbar and MrMel made some great vids. Check out the 101 sticky.

If you have the pro upgrade:
- Reduce the agility.
- Up the cyclic gain until it shakes after fast cyclic inputs, go back 5 points and you're good.
- The piro rate is controlled with the yaw rate in the tail section of the screen.
- To make the tail respond faster, lower the 50% expo on the tail to something lower.

If you don't have pro:
- You have to use your endpoints to make the helicopter less agile. Dual rates can also be used. Either way, you change it in the transmitter side, not in the V-bar.
- I believe you can't adjust the cyclic gain without the pro upgrade, but not sure.
- To up the yaw rate, adjust the rudder endpoints. You can go up to 115% stick movement in the transmitter screen safely. I believe the max is 125%.
- To make the tail sharper, try some reverse expo, to counter the V-bar expo.

Also up the tail gain until it wags and go back 5 points.

Banks are basically all the settings, in a group, so that you can switch to another group of settings by flicking a switch. In a nutshell.

Thanks guys got to do a bit of hovering and some movements in our hall tonight, and with the adjustment to the agility and some expo it seems really stable not to direct but not spongy or sloppy feeling either,

All in all I am very happy with it,
