Default Cluch liner

Replaced the cluch liner on my 800 machine and after approx 8 gallons i have the effect that the cluch is slipping on reving up the head again.
When above 800-1000 rpm it seems ok

What cluch liner material do you use?

I used the Garloc 3000 with approx 0.1mm gap.

I dnt know your machine but I would say .1mm was way too big of a gap

gap should be like a piece of paper you want the clutch to drag at idle when its brand new doent take too long for it to stop dragging but your clutch will hold lovely as the shoe doesn't need to come out as far and you will have more surface area of the shoe holding

all the best terry
