Default Robird/Chronos!

I assembled a new Compass Chronos 700 in late November. I did, of course, install a Robird in it. Main and tail blades are KBDD EE's:

BEC is a WR Hercules Super Pro (this is the first time I have used the power Bus, which is pretty cool):

Receiver is a JR RG731BX:

ESC is a Castle Talon 120:

This is the best flying helicopter I have ever flown-smooth, quick, and very, very precise!

Very nice, looks like a very organized and clean setup. I too am a Robird fan.
I hope they start manufacturing them again.

I see that you have the robird installed off center from the boom. I was going to mount mine the same way. But was unsure that if it wasn't centered in line with boom that it may throw it off. I assume by your install this is a non issue to worry about?

N3M0,

Yes sir! It is a non-issue. It does not care if it is mounted off center, just as long as it is mounted straight, if that makes sense.

Note the location of the AR7200BX on this machine-no issues whatsoever:
