One other thing I noticed today...I have seen multiple pictures of people having the motor leads going straight to the esc leads, no crossing, straight shot to eachother...when mine was plugged in that way it spun backwards and I had to cross 2 of them.

Contact Mikado via XXtreme forum, I would say you have succeeded to reset the endpoints somehow or it did not come pre-programmed correctly.
There should be no delay at all at -100, but also please post your setup file so I can look at it and make sure it's not an issue in the file.

Same here, just looks like mine are not twisted as I moved them inside the insulation cover near the motor.

just making sure haha. Thanks again for your help today Mr.Mel. Clicking reset on the gov menu and redoing setup fixed the problem. Now i just need to get my packs broken in and tweak my vbar and governor settings when I can really fly it. It flies great as is with the break in flying I am doing though I also will mess with the delay settings but not until I start tweaking the vbar.

Mr Mel
Will not be able to send file until the 1st of the week . Should I not set the Vbar governor up per your video for max throttle? Mine came out at +102%

Is it not possible to reverse motor rotation directing in the ESC programming?

YGE Progcard is not included as the ESC comes pre-programmed.

Can the common settings be stick programmed? Will reversing the motor direction affect the other pre-programmed settings?

It would have been a nice attention to detail if it were "pre-programmed" with the correct rotation for the included kit motor...
