Default 3gx system is unstable (chasing the system)

ok so i have done many 3gx setups in my day.

this is my first encounter with an odd proble.

heli is a 450 pro DFC, dsmx sat will dx9 radio and stalk servos. first off, my pitch servos i canot get to travel with the the others, no matter what i cannot get the swash to travel perfectly level all the way up and down. its very strange.

also during flight, the heli acts as thought the gains are really low, ex the heli is just drifting all over the place feels verry buggy and glitchy. The dampaning is around 60% and the swash acceleration is probly like 20%. i run +- 11 and collective and +-9 for cycle. they system is programmed and all is where it needs to be but man this heli is so hard to keep in a hover is all over the place. i have tried turing up the gains the around 75% both ail and elv and the heli feels more locked but it will jerk around its very strange behavior and i have never ran in to this before.

any sugesstions or similar experences

I had a similar situation with my first one. It was all over the place until I re-did it this way:

Ensured the DIR was done properly
Avoided excessive sub-trim, I worked the links and kept sub-trims at zero.
Even if one or two arms were not dead 90.
Set gains at 12 o clock.
Left SW on defaults
Made cyclic pitch 8°
If DFC, they do like higher headspeed.

She flies really nice and crisp

Hope this helps some
