TZ 90 /Raptor 90 FAN YS?
I just got a new motor for my TZ90 and this fan/clutch was on there. Can anyone tell me what it fits?? I was thinking it was a Raptor fan for a YS motor, but that does not make any sense cause it was on an O.S. motor? It is new, so if you know what it fits and want it ,PM me.
I just mocked it up. It is .060" longer than the stock unit ,thus it makes the clutch sit a little too high in the bell.

I thought I would ask it here because us Frenzy owners like to swap and change stuff out. That and I wanted to offer it here to a Frenzy owner first.

That looks like the upgrade metal fan for the Raptor 90. If it's for OS the part number is PV0435 and for YS it's PV0435YS. I believe that fan is used without the washer under it, but I can't remember for sure. Removing the washer should cure the height problem. The YS and OS fans are identical except for the SAE threads OS and metric threads on the YS.

Well ,I guess it is the OS fan then,because it threads on the OS motor just fine. I tried it without the washer. The washer is only about .020" thick. I might have my friend mill it down to fit perfectly.
