300X Issue

I am trying to fly my 300X. Have been able to get it off the ground twice. 1st time, took off like a bat out of hell and ended up in a tree. Fixed the damage from that, took it back out and was able to get it off the ground for about 10 seconds, landed it. Now when I attempt to get it off the ground, it just wants to spin in one direction or the other.

Is the tail rotor spinning CCW when the main rotor spins CW (it should be)? Have you done the tail gyro test (pg 9 in manual)?? With it powered off, is the tail servo smooth when manually moved??? With it powered on, is its movement smooth????

I will check that this weekend. I am fairly new to this hobby, and really want to get this bird in the air. Thanks for your input, I will let you know what I find.
