Looks nice and BIG.

What kind of cable do you need to connect the laptop and TV?

Thanks

Put some music on the background from those nice speakers and complete the "Ultimate Sim Experience" scene
Do you use SimStick?

I looked into this the other day. My TV is pretty old so I don't have an HDMI input, I would have to get a converter box to go from VGA to s-video. It's a little cost prohibitive, unless somebody knows a better way......

Yup looks pretty good on my 65" Vierra too.
Rigged up a wireless setup for my Futaba Tx with their FASST Trainer adapter.
Now just have to commit to using it more, coming around.

I will have to check, I doubt it though. I have one of the ooooold school Sony Vega flat panal tube TVs, you know, the silver ones that have the speakers going up the sides and that weighs about two hundred pounds. It just refuses to die, it is a tank.

Big screens are great for simming. I've got my sim running off a laptop connected to my home theater w/ 92" projection screen. I can stand right in front of it (well, at least as best I can without blocking the projector) for almost total immersion.
