Default Battey for 500x

I am using glazier 30c 3000mah. They are always out of balance.
High cell 4.3 low cell 3.9 others 4.1 to 4.2. One is lightly puffed.
They do ok with around 4 minutes, light 3d.
I have 3 of them and they are all about the same.
What are some of u using?
Jim

What charger are you using? I don't recommend the stock charger and could be the source of your problem. I'm running glacier 3000s and they balance perfect after 2 years of use.

How are you connecting? Balance board or direct? How are you connecting the balance cable? Are you charging in balance mode? I believe TP has a different balance connector so I assume you're not connecting the balance cable directly to the charger.

I didn't realize my charger would show the voltage(I am still learning).
The charger shows the batteries in balance, but my voltage checker always shows cell 4 high.
Tried a friends checker and his shows the batteries in balance, so it looks like my checker will not check a 6s correctly. It shows all my 3s as in balance.
I am going to check the 6s today with a multi meter, to see what is correct

I use the Glacier 3000mAh 30C in my 500X. I also use Glacier 3 cell in my 450. I don't do 3D, but I do like to fly fast and hard.

They come down pretty warm and usually swelled up a bit. When they cool, I can tell it's just the wrap stretched out that makes them feel puffed. They all still balance very well, if I balance charge. If I use the normal or fast charge they'll be within 0.020 to 0.040V.

Using 4 E-Flite 2900maH 6S batts. Had great luck. Crashed hard before with two of them, but still using them. Resistance still great on each cell.
Actually I retired one before, making 5 of them total. It had a hole poked in it, so I retired it, but still was reading great electrically. Just didn't want to push it with a $500 Heli.
