Default Venom 3DXL Pinion?

I just got the bare bones Venom 3DXL heli and I can't for the life of me find any info on it. I am looking for a pinion so I can actually get power to the blades but no one that have talked too knows. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Jesse

The VNR3D-XL is a knock-off of the Walkera 60. If you need parts or info, try looking one of those up. Otherwise, the Trex pinions work perfect. Start out with the 11t so you keep everything under control. After you get it dialed in, you can run up to the 13t without it causing problems (depending on the motor of course). Let me know if you need any more help.

There are quite a few people making the jump to super cheap Trex knock-offs from HobbyCity.com. That might be a better alternative to the VNRXL airframe as they're quite faulty and expensive to repair. If you've got all the other equipment to get the XL going, all you'd need is the frame and setting up. Parts are interchangeable with real Align parts, so it's worth a look at least. Like I said,I can lend a hand either way because I've owned or worked on both. Just looking to help out my fellow pilot. Good luck!
