Default canopy - pipe fit question

I am in the process of building my new Fury 55 FBL kit. I started to fit the canopy last night and realized that it is very close to the pipe. It does not touch but I have 2mm clearance at the front of my pipe. Do you think this will burn the canopy?

I have also been thinking about ordering a fusuno canopy, how well do they fit.

The build is going very well. All the parts fit perfectly. I did Have one issue a front boom bracket, the screw holes were not threaded. I called MA and they said to send the part to them and they would replace it for me. It’s nice to be able to call the company and have them answer the phone.

Thanks for the info.

Pipe should be fine, very close, I haven't had any issues with my canopy due to the heat of the pipe. Only thing I did was dremel a little so the exhaust pressure line could go under the canopy.

Thanks, I ended up removing some of the canopy to allow the exhaust tubing to connect to the top of the pipe as well. I will add an extra metal gasket to the pipe to give the canopy a little extra clearance just in case.
