I was just on Horizon and saw the 500x is on backorder and due early January. A comeback or a strange mistake. ??

Its not listed, but if you do a search, it comes up and when you click "buy now", it brings you right to HH's page where its listed for sale..

They did change the shipment date from January to "TBD" though. We shall see.

I am sure it is just an error, because the servos, swash and some other parts are discontinued. It was a very nice heli though, I sold it and got the 550x.

I personally don't think that Blade will venture above their 360 again - ever. Way too many better options out there for a 500 class. Most who want this size go to kits anyway and I don't think the market supports the few that for some reason stick with BNFs. Otherwise, it would still be sold today.

Maybe they will prove me wrong. If it had 4+ blades spinning on it, they'd be all over it.

What the heck is going on over there at HH HQ?! First, they have the apparent inadvertent release and then unrelease of the 130S, and now this utter weirdness. Crazy.
