Default For those of you flying a torque-tube E360 or E325...

... what do you use to affix the torque tube washer to the torque tube itself? The factory uses some magical glue to keep the washer/damper in place when the tube is inserted into the tail boom.

When you say washer I assume you are referring to the bearing.
Very carefully glue the bearing to the shaft, as you do not want to get any glue in the bearing itself.
If you do not like the idea of using glue put a small piece of shrink wrap either side of the bearing so it will not move on the shaft

Thanks - I used Loctite Super Glue for the bearing. It appears that the diameter of the torque tube is slightly larger in the area where the bearing should be located as I couldn't move it past that point.

Keeping the fingers crossed that the crazy torque tube vibrations are finally vanquished. I'm convinced that the vibrations caused premature failure of the MKS DS93 elevator servo.

this is exactly the scenario that you need a 1 ton arbor press.
however, depends on where the bearing stuck at, arbor press might not help either
