Default Problem with my CGY 750

Hey all had a very strange issue today. I started my day off with 2 flights on the new update 1.4 machine seems to be more locked in. On my first 2 flights I was having a rpm issue with my Castle controller it was kicking my tail when I was changing from normal to idle up not a hugh issue machine would still fly locked in. Now when I went into my third flight I went from normal to idle up the tail kicked again and then the machine went hard over on a left aileron and came back a little, then I gave it full pitch the machine seemed to regain control. I then landed the machine, took the machine back to the bench I couldnt fine any issues. Took the mains and tail blades off and spooled the machine up I couldn't see any issues with the cyclics only one issue with the tail when I went up and down on my pitch you could see the tail compensation working then all of a sudden the tail would hard over to one side and stay there. Not sure if these issues are because of the update or my CGY is failing. My CGY has never been crashed or abused.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I had one that kept randomly giving full left aileron. Mine would do it without even spooling it up. I just powered it up and let it sit there for a minute and then all of a sudden the swash plate would just tilt full left. I sent it in and they replaced it under warranty.
