Hey dudes, hope all is well with everyone. Been mega busy filming lately, here is my latest RC vid from the "Air" competition held at Weston Park Helifest on the 16th -17th June.

Was a great event.

Hope you enjoy the video.

All the best,

Dan, great to see you're still around.

Brilliant video, have you taken up film production full time now?

Thanks Dan.

Bugster, you would be proud, I stuck the 450 Pro into a tree.

Was a bad one, had to replace one of the frames and destroyed the mini-vbar!

Today I had, so I believe, the first 250 flight of 2012. Just a hover in the garden. Little windy but managed side in's and nose in hovers. Guess that Pheonix is doing the trick

WE ARE VIGILANT CRICKETS!

Anyone interested in a CP3 that needs some love? I have tons of spares for it..blades...flybars..etc...i think i wore out the top part of the frame though..i know it is an easy fix but i'm too deep into my 450's and 500's now to mess with it...what happens is when you lift off the top bearing pops out and throws stuff out of alignment....a $6 frame and you are back in business... anybody interested in it for like $85 shipped with spares and all the OEM stuff it came with? It has super skids on it and the metal tail option as well...so like $25 in upgrades..and i even have some metal head parts laying around too.

PM me if anyone is interested and i can snap pics if you want them with what you will get....wanted to offer it to my bro's in here 1st....

Dan

I may know someone Dan who would want the CP3 but I will let you know.

Finally got a decent flight with my new 500 EFL pro. Love this thing but it still scares me, or more to the point, the thought of crashing costs scares me!!

Here's my latest flight. Bit messy but I was chomping at the bit to get flying as I've been off due to having a spine operation.

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Umkg5-VeRIA[/ame]

And here is a flight of one of the most fun heli's I've ever had. The Blade 130X. Brilliant little thing!!

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LMPctq_wZo[/ame]

So how's everyone else doing?

Dan

Tall Grass! The world's best Heli Saver! I am in love with my BL MCPX with an HP 05 brushless, extended tail, SR 120 motor and 550 MAH Batts. It is still a real handfull. Cut back a bit on the servo travel and blasting around pretty well.

NOTE the new 300 size coming out from blade! Pretty pricey but it puts 300 size helis (still my favorate size) in a whole new lite!

I am really empressed about how the little MCPx takes a beating. parts are everywhere and fairly cheap. Got to be the best 3D trainer ever! Far more fun than a simulator!

Sold the 450 as I have been too busy as of late. Upcoming daughter's wedding next summer and still one more year of college tuition for her as well. Golly! If I didn't have to pay for here next year, I might be able to buy a $20,000.00 heli. (At least I would have something to show for it once its been spent).

I'm already rebuilding it...half way done...the beauty of foamies for sure...

I think you need a new camera man, missed all the good bits. Loved his commentary though.

"Smoke............................................ ...........smoke".

Cracked me up!
Depron sure does stink awful!
