Default Mcpx V2 brushless tail

i have a Mcpx V2 with a HP05 brushless and i want to go brushless on the tail,,i see a HP03T on Wow Hobby.but i don't see how you hook it up,,i went through the forums and i see people have them but i didn't find any directions..maybe i just overlooked it..maybe somebody has a better motor then that one,,i have a SR120 now which works fine but i think the brushless will be better

You'll need a flash XP3A to run it and hook up is pretty simple. Pull the signal from the resistor tap on the back of the 3-n-1, power the ESC ( I take the power from the spots where the stock battery cables connected), solder the motor leads to the ESC and away you go.

Similar to this but take into account this is a V1 board and the signal location is in a different spot. Dylan always harasses me for using the motor plug and I just laugh.

is there anything i have to do to the XP3A when i purchase one,,i hear people saying something about flashing it,,i have no way of doing that..i really don't even know what that means

Typically you have to have it flashed once you buy it with the specific BLHeli code whether it be main, tail, multi, etc.. There are a few vendors that will do that for you or you could find someone around here to do it.
