Just wondering, can the control panel tweak every parameter accessible on the pc software?
Or is it just for basic tweaking?

Control panel can tweak all parameters, but not same logic functions as PC, i.e. you cannot install a new heli with it.

Android app on the other hand can do a new setup.

Just updated my MiniV to 5.2 Pro & i was looking for the Swash Ring feature but can't seem to see it, is it on the mini or is it only on the full size?

It's there, Swash step in Setup, then the little doctors hat.

Yet another one, on the CGY750 you can mix out swash ball movements (interactions) by using Pit-Ail or Pit-Elev ect., can this be achieved in any way on the MiniV?
My reason for asking this is because swash ball movement is quite evident on my Faifa with cyber head & MiniV though out most of the swash travel.

Yes and no, you can re-do the geometry totally in the Swash step, you do not have mixing like in something else as Vbar works in another way (which gives a huge benefit for other reasons), but using the expert swash setup you should be able to dial it away by measuring your exact setup.

If not, then its rather a geometry issue on the helicopter.

Thanks for the uick response Mel I know that you have a Faifa but is it on the vbar & if so have you experienced this? If it is a geometry issue then i am stumped on means to correct this on the Faifa as there isnt much options on mechanical adjustments.

I flew my Faifa stock with some modifications to the head
Make sure the elevator lever does not hit the frame, if an older model it will, I had to dremel the frame where it hit.

(fixed in later versions)

Ok, first flights were very impressive for how simple the setup is, GREAT!
The thing I have noticed is that in a bit of wind the Heli slightly dolphins when flying fast in a straight line, has anyone experienced this & if so how can I remedy this?

Try lowering your cyclic gyro gain.

Can anyone tell me if there is a cyclic ring (limiter) feature on the Vbar mini 5.0pro & if there is, where to find it?

Yes: Swash setup tab, click on the blue doctor's hat.

Default RUDDER FAILURE TODAY!

Can anyone tell me if the flagged up voltage drop warning in the log would explain my rudder failure today on my SHAPE 700 & if so what could be the cause of this? My setup is Helijive 120 running internal bec at 6V (with slave wires in), BLS251 tail servo with step down. Prior to this i did notice a few times before today my tail would make a slight kick in flight & this I noticed the very same day I enabled the autorotion bailout.

Please start an own thread next time.

- Are you using buffer pack? 6v on a Jive needs buffer pack.
- I would rather guess static on that heli...
