I have scale Bell 206 with Naza H+GPS. RMP 1700 with 600mm main blades and total weight 4.8kg. Good tail authority only with 110mm tail blades. Near 3 degrees tail blade in hover, mechanically set for center point.

Okay so I have decided to start hacking away at the horizontal stabilizer to fit 105s again. Hope this fixes it

Ikon tail setup is different from Naza. With Naza in rate mode for tail you must set the close to the hover degrees in tail pitch for centre point.
Use link above for calculation. Looking at your heli -1200-1400 RPM, 4 700mm main blades and 95mm tail bladesq hover tail pitch is probably more than 25 degrees. More than 7-8 degrees and you are out of mechanical balance.Sorry for bad english

Still tweaking the Naza H, but very pleased till now!
Naza H + Bell 206 (9 min 34 sec)
