Default Controlling LEDs with auxiliary channels

I was curious how I would control specified LEDs to power on and off using the extra auxiliary channel on my ikon. I have some 3 watt LEDs that I would like to use for landing but not have them on the whole flight. Any ideas?

Found one thread about it. Looks like brushed esc's are an option. Ability to dim lights would be cool too. Anybody know where to find small brushed esc's ? Also any other option for just turning lights on and off?

I used a receiver mount switch for the mulitrotor, it turned on and off the lights, only one set of lights,

there is another controller that I use, think it has 7 output channels, but you toggle threw each channel one at a time, so If I want all 7 outputs on, I flick the switch 7 times. the 8th time shuts them all off. My raptor has this setup, the first 2 flicks turn on the canopy, 3rd is the boom,
experience has the rcd3003,, thats what im using on the rappy.

Problem with the brushed ESC is the switching frequency is low (on the cheap one i got)
It is visibly blinking if the object moves.

It should be relatively easy to make a custom firmware for a PIC microprocessor or the likes and program a high switching frequency, perhaps even some cool effects. A simple FET for the output. Starting programming is a hobby on its own. I'd love to spend some more time on that but an not picking up the basics easily. Do have the programmer and a few chips ready to try one day.
